First Fire in Our New Home

I was over the moon with this changing weather. Autumn has always been my favourite time of year. I love the crispness in the air, the changing leaves, the rain, everything really- I love it all. The best thing about autumn in our new place is our fireplace!!! There's nothing like the heat from a fire. It beats all other heat. I love coming in from the wind and rain to a toasty warm home. Our last house was perpetually freezing, even in the summer. It seems to strange to me to be able to wear a t-shirt and shorts inside during the winter- a luxury I haven't had in a while. Bring it on winter! Our wonderful new home will keep us oh so warm <3
